My degree is in Astrophysics from Princeton University and I teach students Physics, Math, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Differential Equations, Geometry, and Science. I also tutor students in test prep for the ACT and the SAT. I became a tutor because I love comprehending new ideas and concepts, and I want my pupils to share that joy. I'm a thorough and patient tutor and I help students understand difficult concepts by taking them through it step by step, and helping them understand with numerous examples. I'm careful to guide my students away from misconceptions and help them surmount what might become frustrating obstacles. I've gotten where I am by working hard. I'm not a genius and my Astrophysics degree did not come easy to me. It is because I struggled that I know what it's like for my students when they encounter problems in their studies. And it is because I struggled that I am better able to assist them with their problems. I consider working with a students a pleasure and an honor. I do my job with pride.When I'm not tutoring or gazing up at the stars I like to read, watch TV, and hang out with my friends.
